Role content
As a Presales Representative at Arundo, you will play a critical role in our success by effectively communicating the value of our AI and GenAI-driven products to existing and potential customers, incorporating customer feedback into the product development process, and enabling both sales and product teams to be successful in their roles.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in closing deals, utilizing and expanding our industry networks, and acting as a thought leader between our customers and our product teams to drive product discovery, particularly in exploring how AI can create value for our customers through valuable data products and tools.
Key focus
Provide domain expertise and support to the sales team
- Understand the needs of customers and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our AI and GenAI products to potential customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and resources to successfully close deals.
- Create product demos, support in preparing sales material, and participate in customer meetings to answer technical questions about our AI and GenAI solutions.
- Act as an interface between the customer, product discovery, and delivery teams, emphasizing AI and GenAI capabilities.

- Serve as a bridge to ensure customer feedback is effectively communicated and incorporated into the AI and GenAI product development process.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the project delivery organization to define potential AI and GenAI projects with prospective customers and assist in writing the proposals for these projects.
Enable both sales and product teams to drive business success
- Develop sales materials, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to ensure all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell and support AI and GenAI products.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets.
- Once the commercial agreements are in place and the project commences, you will retain a close relationship with both the customer and the project delivery in order to secure both a smooth transition, and to lead the way for follow on sales
Utilize and expand our network
- You will work on establishing commercial relationships, both by leveraging your own and Arundo’s professional networks, and by actively seeking new potential customers
- By being in close contact with the market and customers, you will have unique insight into the market requirements, and will therefore also work closely with the product owners in order to help support them in the development processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in consultative selling and pre-sales
- Proven track record in selling technology/ AI software, including the ability to personalize customer-facing demos
- Strong proficiency in speaking and writing English
- Demonstrated experience in the Process Industries ideally Chemicals or Maritime industries
Remuneration
We will offer a competitive fixed salary component and a performance based bonus.
